So why are we launching a podcast?

At The Feminist Exec, our mission is to tell women's untold stories, through a variety of channels and media, including original articles, book recommendations, and now podcasts.

What makes The Feminist Exec podcast different (and worth your precious time)?

Well, first of all, it's not a celebrity podcast. We aren't famous; we're normal, everyday feminists. And we want to share the stories of real women, facing real challenges in their lives and careers, and share real insights that you can relate to.

Our episodes feature women (and some men allies too!) that have a wealth of experience in all kinds of industries, at all different stages of their careers and lives. We talk about the things that we are all facing each and every day like failing, difficult situations and decisions, bias, stories of leadership, and even the impact motherhood and child-free by choice has on our careers; and not with the sheen of keeping corporate sponsors happy with ads.

The Feminist Exec podcast is dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles or aspiring to leadership and everyone in between. Hosted by KP, this series features candid conversations with inspiring women who have navigated the complexities of leadership, sharing their challenges, triumphs, and insights. Our mission is to create a community where women support each other, breaking barriers and redefining success on their own terms.
