The Strength of FE: Iron in Identity
Throughout history, women have been stereotyped and stigmatized as the "weaker" gender. The Feminist Exec™ is here to change that.
In chemistry, the periodic symbol for Iron is "Fe" and carries more meaning than just being a metal. Iron, a symbol of strength and resilience, plays a critical role in human life, from building bridges to enriching our blood. But what happens when you add this element to language and identity? Take the word "male" and add "Fe"— you get "FEmale."
As women, we have the iron will that is needed in breaking barriers, overcoming challenges, and shaping the world. We also do it all while bleeding (including iron ;)) each and every month.
